Terms of Use

These terms apply when you access 5Line OS, create a 5Line Account, or store business information in a 5Line OS company workspace. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to keep your account access secure.

Subscriptions And Renewal

Public subscriptions are not currently available during the private preview. If paid plans open, the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method, and applicable refund policy will be shown before purchase.

Your Business Data

You retain responsibility for the business information and files you add. You grant 5Line OS permission to process that data only as needed to provide the product, synchronize authorized devices, secure the service, and support features you choose to use.

Secure And Lawful Use

• Do not access a company workspace without authorization.
• Do not misuse the service to break laws or harm other people.
• Store passwords, API keys, and recovery codes only through the encrypted Vault workflow.
• Keep independent copies of records that your business is legally required to retain.

No Professional Advice

Checklists, reminders, summaries, Company Briefs, and material you choose to bring back from a connected assistant are organizational tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice. Confirm consequential decisions with a qualified professional.

Connected Assistants

You control whether information is copied or made available to a connected service. Review the selected company and permissions before sharing business information. Connected suggestions are drafts for owner review; they are not approved company records and do not replace legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional judgment. Your use of any connected assistant is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy choices. ChatGPT use is subject to your OpenAI account terms and privacy choices.

Availability And Changes

Features may change as the product improves. 5Line OS will use reasonable care to preserve authorized customer data, but you should export company backups before major changes and maintain any independent records your business needs for continuity. Company backup restore creates a separate local recovery copy. Backups do not contain attachment bytes, cloud storage objects, or Vault secrets.

Ending Use And Account Deletion

You can stop using the product at any time. Signed-in users can initiate deletion of the shared 5Line Account from Account settings. The app shows the request state and allows cancellation until processing begins. Certain records may be retained when required for security, tax, or legal obligations.
